He is the one who makes you smile and fills your heart with dark desire, the one who makes you dream and sick, the terrible demon Mytzelpik!
 
When the universe was still young He emerged. In the vast open space that laid before him, He saw great plains of stone and rock, gigantic planets devoid of color, teeming with only primitive life, and no civilizations to speak of.
As he stood in the vast grey and black emptiness, he desired something more. He took the form of a great dragon, and began transforming the universe around him, first by bathing it in color and second by introducing creativity and imagination to the primitive lifeforms that inhabited it.
He soon realized that his gifts of color and creativity only led to madness and destruction, and it amused Him.
The failings of civilizations were his only source of joy and He decided to introduce imagination and creativity to all life. In part because he was bored yes, but there was also a part of him that was curious.
Curious if one day, a civilization would not be in the end destroyed by his gifts but empowered by them.
So far his search has not ended...
